Amy Young | BSc, FdSc, BIE (Assoc.)
I started my career with the NHS predominantly working in Diagnostic Pathology, after leaving University where I studied Pharmacology. It was during this time my love for anatomy and the beauty of the human form developed.

I subsequently left the NHS after 7 years and have been Embalming since 2016. I have carried out more than 10,000 embalmings and preparations (as of 2022), and have gained exceptional manual dexterity and knowledge of anatomy and physiology through both careers.

I am currently working towards a Masters in Aesthetic Medicine which will allow me to carry out further treatments.

Aesthetics and anatomy are linked very closely, and having a keen eye for the tiny details and the dexterity to carry out complex procedures are vital in achieving the perfect look.

I pride myself on having the highest standards when it comes to everything I do, from carrying out procedures, to taking infection control and health and safety very seriously.

Currently, I work as a freelance Embalmer, and carry out aesthetic procedures on alternate days through the week. I also run an online Embalming course.

I started carrying out Aesthetics procedures in June 2022. My aim is to help you boost your self-confidence. Whether you are looking to tighten, plump, define or smooth, I will help guide you on your journey to becoming your most confident self.

I hope to see you soon!
